Best way to end a Hump Day

In honor of teaching three seminars in 2 days (Psychology for Personal Trainers, Cardio Conditioning Principles 101, and Fitness Assessment 101), I thought I would re-post a blog I wrote back in May on muscle imbalances that looks at the difference between why a muscle is stiff and weak and what we can do about it. In Fitness Assessment today we discussed what the difference is between a muscle that is short and stiff because of under use versus a muscle that becomes short because it’s trying to stabilize another part of the body. That and the fact that the Muscle Imbalances Revealed webinar series has sold over 500 copies in the first 2 months, and the fact that Lindsay and I met with the marriage commissioner that will hitch us up next year.
