OMG, I have a New Video Camera!!!

Today has to be a quickie because I have to head down the barren stretch of hell known as highway 2 enroute to teaching a course on Fitness Assessment in Calgary today, but I just wanted to share with everyone that

Oh boy oh boy oh boy I got a new video camera!!!

This bad boy is going to replace the old clunker I bought 5 years ago, with its slow uploads, incompatable file types (occasionally), lack of definition (high or otherwise and overall haggardness, with a sleek new HD unit that even has a goddamned remote control!!! Additionally, it has a mic input that I can use with a wireless mic I bought earlier last year to pump out some better quality vids. I figure with all this new blog money that’s rolling in (read: none) that I deserved to spoil myself a little. Truth be told, I bought it for a project I’m working on and hope to have complete sometime over the summer. Here’s a spoiler: It’s a DVD series for a 3-day workshop I’m hosting in May on Post-Rehab training for personal trainers. In the meantime, I’m going to figure out some of the coolest tricks on this mo-fo and put up some cool new vids for everyone to mock, learn from, and gain an insight into my overall bad-assery and occasional ineptitude.

See you next week!!
